Our class schedule provides members with a balance of general fitness, targeted workouts and wellbeing sessions. 

We will recommend your own class schedule based on what you want to achieve with us, from full-body workout to focused core training, our sessions are built for women at every fitness level.

A Timetable That Works for You

We know that flexibility is key, so our schedule is designed to fit around your day. Morning sessions start from 6:30 AM, with mid-morning options from 9:15 AM. Our evening classes run from 5 PM—giving you plenty of opportunities to train at a time that suits you.
