Our BodyFit class is a women specific full body workout. Circuit based with dynamic stations designed to build strength, muscle tone and boost endurance. A great all rounder for mixed abilities

This is a low impact, fun and energetic class ideal for all ages and abilities. Basic routines to great music with easy to follow dance moves

This is our take on Yoga. As a member you can access the BodyFlex class which uses deep stretches to focus on brain & body connections, muscle relief and overall flexibility

Our BoxFit classes combine a full body work out with cardio and light technical boxing - it's a fun, high energy group session for mixed abilities

BodyMax is our more advanced, faster paced circuit session. Using HIIT training with cardio and weight stations for ultimate burn
