Can I Lift Heavy Weights?

The answer is yes.
The answer is yes.

If you can carry shopping, weed the garden, walk up and down stairs, you can lift weights and build strength. And what's more, you'll feel stronger in the day to day and have energy left over if you train your body well.

Don't believe the hype around this idea that women shouldn't be lifting weights - it's rubbish & usually based on extreme examples of body builders or trainers who are based in the gym.

Our classes are about real life. We support you through strength and resistance work that you will put to use, bursts of cardio to help fat burn and toning and flexibility for women.

We're not a break the body boot camp and we don't push training built for the fitness elite.

Everyone starts at a level most suitable to them, to build on or maintain, without added pressure - there's enough of that in life.

Start with us!
