This isn’t about perfect steps or keeping up with the latest dance trends—it’s about having fun, feeling energised, and moving your body in a way that feels good. It’s suitable for all levels, whether you’re looking to stay active in your 50s, keep moving in your 70s, or simply want a fun fitness boost.
